Comment Date Quick and efficient phone apptmt. Thursday 17 November Greeted with a smile, polite, friendly, listened to me Thursday 17 November The nurse and staff were lovely as usual. Thursday 17 November Appt was allocated in a timely manner, the receptionist listened to my concern and appropriately allocated me an appt (telephone). The prescribing nurse rang me at the allocated time, was friendly and helpful. Prescription was emailed to my local pharmacist so I could collect it hassle free.
